No matter what the profile, S-5! has the solution!

The S-5-E clamp is designed specially for double-folded standing seam roof profiles having the appropriate dimensioning. This clamp is also the one recommended for Butler’s MR24™.
Although a bit smaller and less expensive than the S-5-U, for these profiles, the S-5-E is just as strong.
The S-5-E is perfect for S-5!™ snow retention products and other heavy-duty applications. |

The S-5-E and S-5-E Mini clamps are each furnished with the hardware shown above. Each box also includes a bit tip for tightening setscrews using an electric screw gun. A structural aluminum attachment clamp, the S-5-E is compatible with most common metal roofing materials excluding copper. All included hardware is stainless steel. |

Double Lock Profiles |
Use on any trapazoidal roof panel that has been double locked, including the Butler MR-24 profile. |
Use on any horizontal seam (single lock) narrower than 0.5". The panel leg should be crimped down an additional 90 degrees at the clamp location (finished crimp will look like the double lock profile). If the horizontal seam is less than 0.625" but great than 0.5", use the S-5-T clamp.
If the width is greater than 0.6", you should use the S-5-U clamp.

Can be used on just about any double-lock profile, although in some cases the S-5-U clamp may be preferable.
When used in snow retention systems, always use the recommended clamp.
